Do you offer same-day service?

Yes — in most cases we can provide same-day or next-day pickups depending on availability and location.

What items do you take?

We take most non-hazardous items: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, and general household junk.

What items do you NOT take?

We do not accept hazardous materials (e.g., gasoline, pesticides, solvents, asbestos) or biohazard waste. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

How do you price jobs?

Pricing is based on volume, labor, and the type of items. We provide free, no-pressure estimates and transparent pricing before any work begins.

Do I have to be home during pickup?

No — many customers arrange to leave items outside or in a garage. If you’re unavailable, we’ll coordinate the details beforehand.

Do you recycle or donate items?

Yes — whenever possible we divert reusable items to local charities and recycle materials to reduce landfill waste.

Can you remove hot tubs, sheds, or large structures?

Yes — we remove hot tubs and small structures but these jobs may require disassembly and additional labor. We’ll give a full estimate up front.

How soon can I expect you to arrive after booking?

We’ll provide an estimated arrival window when you book. Same-day pickups are possible but depend on schedule and distance.
